Organic olive-oil based versatile alternative to harsh ordinary soap. Melrose's Organic Orange Castile Liquid Soap is traditionally formulated from the purest organic unrefined oils including olive, coconut, and flaxseed. Its very gentle formulation contains no synthetic detergents, animal products or preservatives and is suitable for all skin types.
The plant oils used in Melrose Organic Castile Soap cleanse gently, and do not strip the skin of its natural protective barrier. Perfect for all grooming and cleaning needs, it will leave skin feeling refreshed, soft and nourished.
Melrose Castile Soap is made from natural organic ingredients that are not bleached and may vary in colour. Some natural variations in cloudiness or colour may occur between batches. It has a pH of between 9.5 and 10 and is 100% biodegradable. Melrose has chosen an RSPO (Round Table for Sustainable Palm Oil) member as its supplier for all palm oil used in castile soap. This palm oil is grown in a sustainable, chemical-free and certified organic plantation in South America.
Melrose Castile Soaps are pure and simple, not a complex blend of detergents, and are paraben free. They can be used as an everyday body wash, as a gentle cleanser for hands or even for cleaning laundry. Castile Soap is especially great for dry, itchy, irritated or sensitive skin; it also works well on oily skin and acne by helping balance oil production and preventing the clogging of pores. The Castile Range is available in a variety of beautiful fragrances such as Rosemary, Lemon Myrtle, Peppermint, Lavender, Orange and Original.
